We are in search of an experienced Executive Chef who specializes in authentic Nepali cuisine. This is a unique opportunity to showcase your culinary skills and knowledge of traditional Nepali dishes in the vibrant city of Doha.
Responsibilities
- Creating and developing menus that capture the essence of Nepali cuisine while also meeting the high standards of our establishment.
- Elevating dishes to new heights through deep understanding of Nepali spices, flavors, and cooking techniques.
- Managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing strong leadership.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience working as an Executive Chef in a fine dining restaurant, preferably with a focus on Nepali cuisine.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: 1500$ per month.
- Visa sponsorship for non-Qatari nationals.
- Accommodation not provided; applicants should already have residence in Doha or be willing to relocate at their own expense.
- English language proficiency is not required for this role.
