Employment Type: Full-Time
Reports Directly To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
About Forka
Forka is a dynamic Food & Beverage holding company dedicated to building, operating, and scaling exceptional hospitality brands. We drive growth across three core pillars: operating our own high-performing restaurant venues, strategically investing in emerging F&B concepts, and providing elite operational consulting to external clients.
Role Overview
The EBP is a dual-mandate role acting as the ultimate right hand to the CEO. You are the gatekeeper to the CEO’s time and the architect of their public and corporate voice.
This is not a standard administrative role. Half of your day will be spent on rigorous executive operations—managing a high-stakes calendar, filtering complex communications, and holding the executive leadership team accountable to project deadlines. The other half will be spent on corporate communications—ghostwriting executive thought leadership for LinkedIn, managing Forka's employer branding, and drafting high-level correspondence to investors, landlords, and external consulting clients.
Key Responsibilities
1. Executive Operations & Administration (Protecting the CEO)
- Ruthless Gatekeeping: Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, prioritizing high-value meetings, scheduling internal cross-functional reviews, and protecting the CEO from low-level operational distractions.
- Inbox & Correspondence Management: Triage the CEO’s email inbox and LinkedIn messages. Draft highly professional responses on the CEO’s behalf to investors, partners, and internal staff.
- Meeting Management & Execution: Attend confidential executive board meetings, take meticulous meeting minutes, and relentlessly follow up with the Directors to ensure action items and deadlines are met.
- Information Synthesis: Consolidate weekly department reports (Operations, Culinary, Brand, HR) into one clear, digestible executive summary for the CEO.
2. Executive Communications & PR (Amplifying the CEO & Company)
- Executive Ghostwriting: Interview the CEO weekly to extract their strategic insights, and translate them into polished, high-performing LinkedIn posts that position the CEO as a thought leader in F&B operations and turnarounds.
- B2B & Investor Communications: Draft sophisticated pitch emails, corporate memos, and press releases regarding Forka’s new acquisitions, consulting services, and expansion plans.
- Employer Branding & Talent Attraction: Manage Forka’s corporate social media presence (LinkedIn/B2B platforms). Create behind-the-scenes content that showcases Forka’s rigorous kitchen culture and elite executive team, turning the company into a magnet for top-tier hospitality talent.
- Network Management: Track and nurture the CEO’s relationships with high-net-worth investors, elite chefs, and real estate developers, ensuring strategic follow-ups are executed flawlessly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 4–7+ years of experience. The ideal candidate will have a background as a Strategic Executive Assistant, PR Account Manager, or a hybrid operational/communications role within a fast-paced agency, startup, or corporate hospitality group.
- Exceptional Writing Ability: You must be an elite copywriter capable of adapting to the CEO’s specific tone of voice. (You will be asked to complete a writing test during the interview process).
- Administrative Rigor: Type-A organizational skills. You are obsessed with structure, deadlines, and closing the loop on communications.
- High Commercial Awareness: You understand B2B business dynamics. You know the difference between communicating with a line cook and pitching a private equity investor.
- Tech Proficiency: Advanced skills in executive calendar management, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, CRM systems, and LinkedIn content strategy.
- Discretion & Trust: Absolute integrity in handling highly confidential financial data, HR issues, and proprietary business strategies.
What We Offer
- Unprecedented access and mentorship directly from the CEO.
- A central, highly influential role in building a major regional F&B holding group from the ground up.
- Competitive executive compensation with room to grow as the holding group scales.
