Executive Assistant to the Chairman & Vice President
We are partnering with a leading UAE-based organisation seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to the Chairman and Vice President.
This role requires a highly professional, confident and resilient individual who is comfortable operating at the most senior levels of an organisation. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing complex priorities whilst maintaining the highest levels of discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide comprehensive executive support to the Chairman and Vice President.
• Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel arrangements and executive correspondence.
• Coordinate Board, committee and leadership meetings, including agendas, minutes and follow-up actions.
• Act as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage highly confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Ensure smooth coordination across multiple business functions and senior leadership teams.
• Support the preparation of presentations, reports, briefing materials and executive communications.
• Anticipate priorities, proactively resolve issues and ensure effective management of executive schedules.
Key Requirements
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Executive Assistant or Executive Office roles.
• Previous experience supporting a Chairman, Vice Chairman, CEO, President or equivalent executive is essential.
• Demonstrated exposure to Board-level stakeholders, governance processes and executive decision-making environments.
• Strong executive presence, confidence and maturity, with the ability to engage credibly with senior leaders.
• Exceptional organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with excellent written and verbal English.
• High levels of discretion, judgement and professionalism.
• Experience within financial services, diversified groups, family-owned businesses or large corporate environments is highly desirable.
