About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Executive Governance Specialist to join our Executive Office team. The ideal candidate will support the development and implementation of governance frameworks, executive reporting processes, strategic coordination, and stakeholder engagement activities aligned with organizational objectives.
This role requires strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills with the ability to work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development, maintenance, and optimization of governance frameworks and executive management processes.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment with strategic and corporate objectives.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and governance documentation.
- Analyze corporate performance data and provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Support executive leadership in stakeholder communication and governance initiatives.
- Assist in enhancing strategic decision-making processes and corporate oversight activities.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to improve executive office operations and governance practices.
- Present recommendations related to governance structures and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and procedures.
- Perform any additional duties assigned by management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, Public Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Corporate Governance, Executive Office, Strategic Planning, PMO, or related functions.
- Strong understanding of governance frameworks and executive reporting processes.
- Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
