I've just received a brand new mandate and am looking to speak with experienced Executive Assistants who have supported C-suite executives within a fast-paced environment.
We're looking for someone who:
🔹 Has 3-5 years' experience supporting senior executives in the UAE.
🔹 Is highly proactive, organised and able to anticipate the Managing Director's needs.
🔹 Has the confidence to act as a gatekeeper, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and respond on behalf of the Managing Director where appropriate.
🔹 Has extensive experience managing complex international travel, diaries across multiple time zones, meetings and executive correspondence.
🔹 Is comfortable supporting office operations and events administration.
🔹 Agency or professional services experience is highly desirable.
