This is a career-defining opportunity for a polished, proactive, and commercially-minded Executive Assistant who is ready to take on a high-impact, client-facing role at the heart of an elite coaching business. The successful candidate will not only support the founder, but also become a key representative of the brand, networking, travelling, and helping grow a thriving business through LinkedIn engagement, outreach, and business development.

The Role:

• Provide high-level executive support to the founder: calendar management, inbox

management, scheduling, and travel coordination.

• Act as a brand ambassador — present and represent the business with professionalism in

all interactions, both in person and online.

• Engage with a network of high-net-worth individuals, business leaders, and partners across

industries.

• Assist in driving business growth through LinkedIn networking, strategic outreach, lead

follow-up, and coordination of workshops/events.

• Travel internationally with the CEO to attend business events, coaching sessions, and

retreats, providing hands-on support throughout.

• Prepare presentations, proposals, and manage client communication with clarity and

discretion.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Highly presentable and confident communicator with natural charisma and emotional

intelligence.

• Background in sales, luxury hospitality, or client management, particularly in the

Dubai market.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and think on your

feet.

• An understanding of LinkedIn and personal branding — you’re comfortable creating

connections, starting conversations, and representing a business online.

• Energetic, ambitious, and curious — with a genuine interest in personal development, high

performance, and business strategy.

•A valid passport and the flexibility to travel internationally as needed are essential requirements for this role.
