Kinetic has partnered with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Executive Assistant to be based in Sharjah.

Key aspects of the role include:
Managing calendars for senior colleagues.
Screening telephone calls and responding to emails.
Making travel arrangements and travel itineraries.
Manage internal and external interactions on behalf of senior colleagues.
Managing all office administration duties for senior colleagues.
Carrying out research and presenting findings on various areas.
Producing reports and presentations.
Support senior colleagues with meeting activities, including preparing agendas, recording minutes, room bookings, and transportation requests.
Salary: AED 15K
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Only Candidates currently based in the UAE will be considered.
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant to Senior Management.
Experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry is highly preferred.
Outstanding interpersonal. organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-driven.
High proficiency with the commonly used computer software and applications.
Excellent communication skills in English.
