About the Role
We are seeking a highly capable proactive and detail-oriented individual to work directly with the business owner and play a key role in managing and improving day-to-day operations across multiple ventures. This is a high-trust role for someone who can take ownership think independently and ensure smooth execution without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee daily operations across locations
- Act as a central point of coordination between staff, vendors and management
- Take ownership of tasks, follow through and ensure completion
- Identify operational gaps and proactively resolve issues
- Support recruitment, onboarding and basic HR processes
- Handle scheduling, reporting and task prioritization
- Visit locations as required to ensure standards and efficiency
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license mandatory
- Proven ability to handle responsibility independently
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure
Basic computer proficiency
- Multilingual ability is a strong advantage
- Prior experience in operations admin roles preferred
