Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually compelling flyers and advertisements, as well as managing the design and execution of flash sales promotions on our website. This role will require a keen eye for design, a solid understanding of branding, and the ability to translate marketing objectives into effective visual assets.
Responsibilities:
Design and produce eye-catching flyers and promotional materials for print and digital use.
Create engaging graphics and banners for website flash sales, ensuring they align with the brand’s visual identity and marketing goals.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop design concepts for upcoming sales events and promotions.
Ensure that all designs are optimized for web use and maintain high-quality standards across all platforms.
Manage multiple design projects with varying deadlines, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Edit and revise designs based on feedback from team members or stakeholders.
Stay updated on the latest design trends and best practices for both print and digital media.
Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing materials.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing work on flyers, web banners, and promotional designs.
Strong proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Knowledge of web design principles, especially for flash sales and digital advertising.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.
Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience working with e-commerce or online marketing platforms is a plus.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED4,500.00 per month
