Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Exchange & Office 365 Administrator with a strong background in IT infrastructure management, identity & access control, and security. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing Exchange & Office 365, Active Directory, Azure AD, and Enterprise Security solutions in a banking environment.
Key Responsibilities
Exchange & Office 365 Management:
Perform migration from Exchange Server 2016 to Exchange Online (Hybrid).
Manage and troubleshoot Office 365, Exchange Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Maintain and optimize hybrid Exchange environments for seamless operations.
Identity & Access Management
Administer and secure Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
Configure and enforce Conditional Access policies for secure authentication.
Manage Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to ensure security best practices.
Mobile Device Management (MDM/MAM)
Oversee Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, app deployment, and compliance policies.
Ensure enterprise-wide mobile security and device compliance.
Active Directory & Server Management
Migrate and manage Active Directory from Windows Server 2012 R2 to 2019.
Troubleshoot DNS/DHCP issues and ensure smooth replication across the network.
Monitor and maintain server health, security, and performance.
Patching & Security
Deploy critical patches and updates via SCCM.
Ensure systems are protected using enterprise-grade security tools such as Enterprise Vault, Proofpoint, and Symantec Email Gateways.
Identify and mitigate security risks in IT infrastructure.
Key Requirements
Minimum 10+ years of experience in the banking industry.
Strong hands-on experience with Exchange Server, Office 365, and Hybrid Migrations.
Expertise in Azure AD, Conditional Access, and MFA Implementation.
In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and SCCM.
Experience in Microsoft Intune (MDM/MAM) administration.
Proficiency in enterprise security tools like Enterprise Vault, Proofpoint, and Symantec Email Gateways.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work in a fast-paced banking environment.
