- The candidate will be responsible for operating excavators safely and efficiently for excavation, trenching, loading, grading, and other construction activities while strictly following site safety and

- Operate excavators safely and efficiently as per project
Requirements

- Perform excavation, trenching, digging, grading, back filling, and loading activities.
- Follow
- ADNOC and
- CIPA safety standards,
- HSE procedures, and site regulations.
- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and report any mechanical issues.
- Ensure safe operation around underground utilities, pipelines, personnel, and other equipment.
- Coordinate with site supervisors, banks men, and other construction teams.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and safe working conditions around the machine.
- Carry out basic equipment checks and routine maintenance.
- Follow permit‑to‑work and other site‑specific procedures.
- Complete assigned work safely and within the required timeframe.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an
- Excavator
- Operator in construction or oil & gas projects.
- ADNOC and
- CIPA project/site experience is preferred.
- Valid heavy equipment/operator license or certification, as applicable.
- Strong knowledge of excavator operation, excavation, trenching, and earthworks.
- Good understanding of
- HSE and
- ADNOC safety

- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when required.
