We are looking for an active and confident Sales Specialist to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, understands client needs, and can confidently close deals.
About the Role
You will be responsible for attracting new clients, working with incoming leads, converting them into sales, building long-term relationships, and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Find and attract new clients
- Handle incoming leads and present company services
- Prepare quotations and close deals
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Attend client meetings when required
- Prepare weekly sales reports
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales (experience in services is an advantage)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good level of English
- Currently in the UAE or willing to relocate
