Position: Events Sales Executive (Saudi Only)
We are looking for a passionate and results‑driven individual to join our team as an Event Sales Executive
. In this role, you will be responsible for driving event sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful planning and execution of events. Responsibilities
- Proactively identifying and securing new business opportunities for meetings, events, and group bookings.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Conducting sales calls, site inspections, and client meetings to promote hotel event facilities and services.
- Preparing proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinating with operational departments to ensure seamless event planning and execution.
- Responding promptly to client inquiries and providing accurate information regarding event packages and services.
- Achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to the hotel’s overall revenue goals.
- Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel facilities, promotions, and market trends.
- Ensuring all client requirements and event details are communicated effectively to relevant departments.
- Providing outstanding customer service before, during, and after events to ensure a memorable experience.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
- Fluency in English & Arabic.
