The role
As events manager, you will own the end-to-end planning, execution, and success of all Fynd events from intimate industry networking gatherings to large-scale global conferences. You’ll be responsible for securing strategic sponsor ships, managing logistics, and ensuring every event maximizes brand impact and business growth.
What will you do at Fynd Event planning & Execution
Plan, organize, and execute all Fynd-hosted and sponsored events, including Retail Remix Club, industry expos, and executive round tables.
Oversee event logistics, venue selection, vendor coordination, budget management, and on-ground execution.
Ensure flawless branding, messaging, and audience engagement at every event.
Align event strategy with business goals, brand positioning, and lead generation targets.
Sponsorship & partnerships
Identify strategic sponsorship opportunities that elevate Fynd’s presence in the market.
Develop and pitch sponsorship proposals to secure high-value partnerships.
Negotiate sponsorship contracts and ensure seamless collaboration with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
Industry engagement & thought
leadership
Build relationships with retail, commerce, and tech industry leaders to expand Fynd’s event network.
Ensure Fynd executives and products are positioned as industry leaders through speaking engagements and panel discussions.
Drive media and PR efforts to maximize post-event visibility.
Event marketing & digital presence
Oversee event web pages, email marketing, and social media promotions.
Work with designers and content teams to ensure engaging, high-impact event marketing campaigns.
Monitor event performance and ROI, using insights to optimize future events.
Some Specific Requirements Must-haves
5+ years of experience in event management, B2B networking events, or trade show execution.
Proven track record of leading high-profile events, securing sponsor ships, and managing end-to-end event execution.
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent project management, budgeting, and logistics coordination abilities.
Willingness to travel for global events and work flexible hours when needed.
Nice-to-have
Experience working in retail, SaaS, tech, or commerce industries.
Strong connections in the Middle East and global event circuits.
Familiarity with marketing tools, event software, and CRM platforms.
