Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator / Administrator to support our event operations. The role involves coordinating event logistics, handling documentation, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks for events and activations
Prepare event proposals, quotations, invoices, and documentation
Assist in planning and scheduling events, including timelines and logistics
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
Maintain records of bookings, contracts, and payments
Support permit applications and approvals (malls, communities, etc.)
Track inventory and coordinate with warehouse for event requirements
Assist in preparing reports and post-event summaries
Handle emails, calls, and follow-ups professionally
Requirements
Immediate Joiner Required
1–2 years of experience in administration or event coordination
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication skills (English required)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
Experience in event management or entertainment industry
Familiarity with UAE event permits and processes
Basic knowledge of invoicing and documentation
