Job Purpose
- The Events and Sponsorship Manager will lead the planning, execution, and management of high-impact, experiential luxury events and sponsorship activations that elevate RSG’s brand and residential portfolio.
- This role requires a hands-on, execution-driven professional with a strong background in delivering large-scale, high-end luxury events, ideally within hospitality, destination marketing, or premium lifestyle brands. The focus is on creating immersive, world-class experiences that engage UHNWIs, investors, and strategic stakeholders—rather than traditional residential marketing.
- The ideal candidate will bring agency-level execution expertise or experience within large organizations, with a proven ability to deliver bespoke, detail-driven luxury events and sponsorships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Experiential Events & Sponsorship Strategy
- Develop and execute a luxury events and sponsorship strategy aligned with brand and commercial objectives.
- Identify and manage high-value sponsorship opportunities, partnerships, and platforms that enhance brand positioning.
- Curate premium experiences targeting UHNWIs, investors, and global audiences.
2. End-to-End Event Execution (Core Focus)
- Lead the full lifecycle of events—concept, design, production, execution, and post-event analysis.
- Deliver immersive, high-touch luxury experiences including VIP events, private showcases, launches, and international roadshows.
- Oversee on-ground execution, ensuring flawless delivery and adherence to ultra-luxury standards.
3. Agency & Vendor Management
- Collaborate with top-tier event agencies, production houses, and luxury vendors to deliver best-in-class experiences.
- Drive quality, creativity, and accountability across all external partners.
- Ensure all outputs meet premium brand and experiential standards.
4. Stakeholder & Partnership Management
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Brand, PR, Leadership) to ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support executive-level engagements and high-profile events.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, partners, and external stakeholders to maximize value and visibility.
5. Budgeting & Performance Management
- Manage event and sponsorship budgets with a strong focus on ROI and value creation.
- Track performance metrics including engagement, lead generation, brand exposure, and event impact.
