We are looking for a highly skilled and self-motivated Full-Stack React Web Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have the ability to work independently, manage tasks efficiently, and deliver high-quality results for web application projects.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and maintain web applications using React for the front-end and Node.js/Express or similar for the back-end Build and maintain scalable, secure, and efficient APIs for seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems Develop and manage database structures using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or similar technologies Optimize applications for maximum performance, scalability, and responsiveness Write clean, maintainable, and testable code while adhering to coding best practices Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues independently Implement responsive UI/UX designs that work across multiple devices and browsers Stay updated on the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver solutions effectively Technical Skills Proficiency in React.js and its ecosystem (Redux, Context API, Hooks) Strong understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript Back-end development experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express.js or NestJS Experience with database management systems (e.g., MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) Knowledge of RESTful APIs and WebSocket development Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure) and deployment tools like Docker or Kubernetes Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress Soft Skills Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks Strong problem-solving and debugging skills Effective time management and ability to meet deadlines.
