Job Title: AutoCAD Draftsman – Architectural Metal Works
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Draftsman with a strong background in architectural metal works to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in producing detailed technical drawings and working closely with teams to ensure the successful execution of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Create detailed technical drawings and blueprints for construction projects.
Assist in the preparation of cost estimates for projects, including materials, labor, and overheads.
Conduct site measurements to ensure accuracy in estimating costs.
Use CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) to produce and modify designs.
Collaborate with the team to ensure designs meet specifications and standards.
Update drawings based on feedback and design changes.
Maintain organized documentation of design processes and revisions.
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress.
Conduct site visits to verify work progress and ensure compliance with drawings and specifications.
Experience:
Minimum of 2-3 years in architectural metal works.
Qualifications:
Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).
Skills & Qualifications:
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other CAD software.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently.
Good communication skills and ability to liaise with clients and stakeholders.
Knowledge of architectural metal work practices and materials is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
