Job Summary:
The Event & Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the setup, execution, and breakdown of events. They coordinate with various teams and vendors to ensure events run smoothly and efficiently from start to finish. The Supervisor manages on-site staff, troubleshoots issues, and ensures all event logistics and production elements are handled according to plan.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with event organizers, designers, and stakeholders to understand event requirements and objectives
Develop detailed event plans and timelines, delegating responsibilities to the production team
Coordinate load-in, set-up, and tear-down of event spaces, stages, audio/visual equipment, and other production elements
Monitor event budgets and ensure expenses are tracked and within allocated amounts
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during events
Enforcesafety protocolsand ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
Provide post-event reporting, including evaluations and recommendations for improvements
Skills
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in event production, stage management, or a related field
Strongproject managementand organizational skills
Excellentcommunicationand interpersonal abilities
Technical knowledge of audio/visual equipment, staging, and event logistics
Ability to work under pressure and think quickly to solve problems
Flexible schedule to accommodate evening and weekend events
