Job Summary:
We are looking for a young and creative and strategic Social Media Expert to manage our social media platforms and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily. They will also manage the company’s social media accounts, track engagement, and develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create and curate engaging content, including text, images, and videos, for various social media platforms.
Manage and oversee social media content calendar to ensure timely posting.
Monitor social media accounts and respond to followers in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, PR, and customer service, to ensure brand consistency.
Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance tracking.
Engage with influencers and other relevant accounts to expand the brand’s reach.
Conduct competitive analysis and research on social media strategies of similar companies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) and their algorithms.
Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
Excellent copywriting, communication, and presentation skills.
Experience with content creation, including graphic design and video editing.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret social media metrics.
Knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics is a plus.
Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Preferably Own Visa and Immediately available to join
