Job Summary

The Events Coordinator is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events while ensuring all client requirements and expectations are met. The role serves as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the event lifecycle, from initial inquiry to successful completion.

The Events Coordinator will manage customer inquiries, prepare event arrangements, coordinate with internal departments, and oversee event execution to ensure seamless operations. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain high standards of quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding event packages, services, and availability.
  • Coordinate and manage event bookings from confirmation through completion.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure all event details are properly communicated and executed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to set up staffing, operations, food and beverage services, entertainment, and other event-related requirements.
  • Monitor event preparations and execution to ensure services are delivered according to agreed standards and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients before, during, and after events.
  • Resolve customer concerns and operational issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate event records, schedules, and reports.
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences.
  • Assist in developing promotional activities and event packages to support business growth.
