Summary
We are seeking an Event Coordinator who will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing impactful events that align with our brand’s values and objectives.
Main Responsibilities:
Event Conceptualization, Planning, and Execution
Collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure event alignment with brand strategies and timelines
Development of end-to-end processes for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and on-site execution
Budget Management: Creation and maintenance of event budgets, ensuring cost efficiency while achieving high-quality results
Vendor and Partner Management: Identification, negotiation, and incorporation of service providers
On-Site Event Management: Overseeing all aspects of the event to ensure smooth logistical and operational elements
Post-Event Evaluation: Monitoring and evaluation of event success against KPIs such as attendance, media coverage, and social media engagement
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in event management, preferably in the beauty industry
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, strong creative vision, and attention to detail
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
