The Job
Answer customer calls, messages, and queries across various channels (phone, social media, Whats App, etc.).
Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
Assist with event-related queries and coordination.
Maintain a positive and professional communication style at all times.
The Profile
Must have at least 1-2 years experience within a Customer Service and Support ideally within the Hospitality industry.
Must be a strong networker & relationship builder.
Has strong and clear communication skills.
