Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced, motivated, and
dynamic
European Property Brokers with a strong background in luxury real estate, especially in premium and exclusive properties, to
join our team
. As a Premium Property Broker, you will play a critical role in assisting clients with high-end property transactions, serving as a trusted advisor, and ensuring smooth and successful deals.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with buying, selling, and leasing premium and exclusive properties in Dubai.
Build and nurture strong relationships with international clients seeking luxury real estate.
Provide expert guidance on the Dubai luxury real estate market, specifically premium and exclusive properties.
Negotiate high-value property deals to ensure maximum satisfaction for both clients and the company.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of market trends, luxury property pricing, and Dubai’s real estate laws.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in luxury real estate (Dubai or Europe).
Proven track record
in sales, particularly with premium and exclusive properties.
Strong business acumen and a genuine enthusiasm for the luxury real estate sector.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and
attention to detail
.
Exceptional interpersonal and
communication skills
with an emphasis on building rapport.
Fluent in English (additional languages such as German, French, Chinese, Italian, Romanian, Polish, Montenegrin, or Norwegian are highly preferred).
