He continuously liaises with project managers for design projects, to track and analyze projects’ progress, including schedule, budget and risk. He closely works with civil, mechanical, and electrical engineers, to prepare comprehensive, accurate bids/tenders, handle material take-offs, assess risks, and liaise with vendors and subcontractors. This role ensures profitable, competitive project proposals.
