Estimator / Quantity Surveyor (Joinery & Fit-Out Specialist) Jobs in Dubai at H K Z INTERIOR DECORATION LLC
HKZ is a growing interior fit-out and joinery company in Dubai, delivering high-quality residential and commercial projects. We are looking for an experienced Estimator / Quantity Surveyor with strong expertise in joinery and fit-out works to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for fit-out and joinery projects
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Perform quantity take-offs for joinery and interior works
- Prepare BOQs, cost plans, and tender submissions
- Source and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with design, procurement, and project teams
- Monitor project costs and assist in cost control
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of UAE experience in joinery and interior fit-out
- Strong knowledge of materials, joinery, and production processes
- Experience in quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel (mandatory)
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Preferred:
- Experience with joinery factories or fit-out contractors
- Familiarity with UAE market rates and suppliers
- Immediate availability is an advantage
