Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Realty Consultant – Arabic/European/Chinese Speaker at Property Shop Investment LLC in Abu Dhabi. The role will involve tasks related to property brokerage, listing, leasing, development & consultancy services, real estate marketing, investment advisory, property appraisal, and property & facility management.
Qualifications
– Fluency in English, Arabic and/or a second European language
– Strong communication and negotiation skills
– Experience in property brokerage, listing, and leasing
– Knowledge of real estate marketing and investment advisory
– Ability to assess property values and provide property appraisal
– Excellent customer service skills
– Attention to detail and organisational skills
– Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
– Bachelor’s degree in real estate, Business, or related field
