Estimator – Joinery Jobs in Dubai at Joinery & Interiors Company
We are looking for a Site Engineer to join our team and oversee the execution of our luxury fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor progress, maintain timelines, and address any on-site issues promptly.
Ensure adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements.
Provide regular updates to clients on project progress and address their concerns proactively.
Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to align project objectives and resolve technical issues.
Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources efficiently.
Conduct site visits, inspections, and audits to ensure compliance with plans and standards.
Prepare detailed progress reports, site logs, and other documentation as required.
Maintain accurate records of project activities, including changes and approvals.
Identify potential risks and implement solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.
Make informed decisions to address challenges and ensure project success.
Proven experience in site management and client interactions.
Knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
Experience in managing large-scale construction projects.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction methods.
Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings and technical documents.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
UAE driving license is preferred.
