Estimator – Floor Coating & Waterproofing Jobs in Dubai at Brightway photocopier equipment
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Estimator specializing in floor coating and waterproofing systems. The successful candidate will prepare accurate cost estimates, BOQs, and tender submissions for industrial, commercial, and infrastructure flooring projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Review tender documents, drawings, BOQs, and project specifications.
- Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for floor coating and waterproofing works.
- Estimate systems including epoxy flooring, PU flooring, polyaspartic coatings, acrylic coatings, self-leveling systems, and waterproofing applications.
- Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare comparison statements and cost analyses.
- Coordinate with procurement, technical, and project teams during tender preparation.
- Attend site visits and pre-bid meetings when required.
- Maintain historical costing data and material pricing databases.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring technical compliance.
- Support preparation of technical and commercial tender submissions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 5–8 years of estimation experience in floor coating and waterproofing projects.
- Strong knowledge of epoxy, PU, polyaspartic, acrylic, and waterproofing systems.
- Experience in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and tendering.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and technical specifications.
- Good understanding of ASTM, ISO, and SSPC standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimation software.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
