Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design project estimation, with at least 4–5 years of UAE experience in the interior fit-out industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for interior design and fit-out projects based on BOQs, drawings, and specifications.
- Analyze project requirements, materials, labour, and timelines to produce competitive quotations.
- Review and interpret technical drawings and tender documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best prices for materials and services.
- Assist the project and sales teams in pricing, tender submissions, and post-tender clarifications.
- Maintain and update a database of prices and vendor contacts.
- Prepare cost comparisons and value engineering options when required.
- Track project costs and variations throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4–5 years of UAE experience as an Estimator in the interior design or fit-out industry.
- Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and market pricing within the UAE.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
