Accountabilities
- Communicating with customers regarding repair status and answering any questions they may have about their vehicle or repair process
- Inspecting vehicles to determine their condition and whether they can be repaired at a reasonable cost
- Preparing estimates for repairs based on customer input including any special requests or requirements
- Communicating with insurance companies regarding the repair process and estimated costs as well as handling claims processing
- Misuse Estimation follow up with Customers and get approvals

Education and Certification Requirements
- Automotive diploma or equivalent
- 4-5 Years of Experience in same scope
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- 5 GCSEs (A-C grade) or equivalent including Mathematics
