Position: Estimator (Architectural / Interior Fit-out)
We are Sisco Jobs, a recruitment consultancy based in Trichy, Tamil Nadu. We are hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Estimator (Architectural / Interior Fit-out) in Qatar. Our client is a reputed organization in the Construction / Interior Fit-out sector seeking skilled, motivated professionals. If you meet the requirements below, apply early as positions are limited.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for architectural and interior fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and cost breakdowns.
- Coordinate with procurement and project teams for pricing inputs.
- Analyze material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
- Participate in tender submissions and bid evaluations.
- Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
- Support project management teams with budget forecasting.
Required Skills
- Quantity Estimation – Accurate project cost calculations.
- BOQ Preparation – Development of detailed quantity take-offs.
- Interior Fit-out Knowledge – Understanding of finishes and fit-out materials.
- Tendering & Bidding – Preparation of competitive proposals.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of commercial fit-out projects.
- ERP or estimation software exposure.
Work Experience Requirements
Candidates should possess relevant experience in architectural and interior fit-out estimation. Typical experience range for this role is 5–10 years in construction, fit-out, or contracting environments. Experience in GCC projects is preferred.

B.Tech Civil Engineering or Architecture (Typical)

Master’s Degree or Project Management Certification - Additional:
