Estimator – Advertising / Printing / Signages / Interior Fit Out Jobs in Dubai at VAAO Advertising
We are an 18 year old leading full-service Graphics and Display Solution company manufacturing Display Stands, Kiosks, Signages; Exhibition stands etc. Located in Dubai Production City.
To oversee and manage on-site operations for events and exhibitions, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Site Supervisor plays a critical role in coordinating teams, managing resources, and ensuring that safety and compliance standards are upheld.
On-Site Supervision:
Oversee daily on-site operations, ensuring all activities align with project plans and timelines.
Coordinate and supervise the work of contractors, subcontractors, and laborers to ensure quality and efficiency.
Ensure that all construction and installation work is carried out to the highest standards, in line with design specifications and client requirements.
Project Coordination:
Work closely with the Project Manager to develop and implement project schedules.
Manage on-site logistics, including the delivery and storage of materials and equipment.
Ensure that all resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, are used efficiently and effectively.
Quality Control:
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in workmanship, materials, or design.
Ensure that all installations and constructions are completed to the satisfaction of the client and in compliance with industry standards.
Health and Safety Compliance:
Enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations on-site.
Conduct regular safety briefings and ensure that all team members are aware of and comply with safety protocols.
Report and document any accidents, incidents, or near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Client and Stakeholder Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact on-site for clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Communicate project progress, challenges, and any changes to the Project Manager and other relevant parties.
Address any client concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of daily site activities, including labor, materials, and equipment usage.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports to the Project Manager.
Ensure that all project documentation, including permits, approvals, and inspections, is properly maintained and up-to-date.
Problem Solving:
Identify and resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise during the course of the project.
Coordinate with the Project Manager and other team members to develop and implement solutions that keep the project on track.
Team Management:
Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Ensure that all team members are trained, motivated, and working to their full potential.
Handle any personnel issues that may arise, including disciplinary actions, as necessary.
Qualifications:
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role in construction or event/exhibition setup, preferably within the events and exhibitions manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and best practices.
Familiarity with industry-specific regulations, including safety and compliance standards.
Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED4,000.00 per month
