Key Responsibilities:
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and plans to prepare detailed cost estimates.
Collaborate with the design, project management, and procurement teams to gather necessary information for accurate estimation.
Identify materials, labor, and equipment requirements for projects.
Prepare and submit tenders, proposals, and quotations within deadlines.
Conduct cost analysis and provide value engineering options to optimize budgets.
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes and negotiate favorable terms.
Monitor ongoing projects to ensure costs align with estimates.
Maintain a database of costs for materials, labor, and other project-related expenses.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Estimator in the fitout, construction, or interior design industry.
Strong knowledge of materials, labor costs, and project management principles.
Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office applications.
Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month

Estimation: 3 years (Preferred)
