Estimator Jobs in Doha at Naffco
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for MEP maintenance projects (AMC, corrective, and preventive works).
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and scope of work for accurate estimation.
- Review RFQs, BOQs, and tender documents and prepare competitive proposals.
- Coordinate with operations, procurement, and suppliers for pricing and technical inputs.
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing where required.
- Support the sales and maintenance teams in preparing technical and commercial offers.
- Ensure all estimates comply with client requirements and company standards.
- Maintain a database of costs, materials, and historical project data.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or MEP-related Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an MEP Estimator, preferably in maintenance/AMC projects.
- Experience in fire alarm, firefighting systems, and building maintenance is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems, materials, and local market pricing in Qatar.
- Proficiency in estimation tools and MS Excel.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
