We are seeking a Estimator to lead the preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for construction and fit-out projects. The role requires strong experience in tender review, , BOQ preparation, pricing, value engineering, subcontractor comparison, and pre-contract commercial evaluation. The candidate will play a key role in supporting tender strategy and ensuring commercially sound submissions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, drawings, specifications, and contract requirements
- Lead the preparation of detailed quantity take-offs and BOQs
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction, fit-out, and related works
- Analyze project scope and identify risks, exclusions, and commercial gaps
- Obtain, review, and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations
- Prepare pricing breakdowns, tender clarifications, and commercial submissions
- Coordinate with design, procurement, QS, and project teams for technical and pricing alignment
- Support value engineering and cost optimization proposals
- Review market rates, historical data, and project benchmarks for pricing accuracy
- Assist in tender strategy, cost planning, and bid finalization
- Ensure estimates are completed within tender deadlines and company standards
- Support management with commercial advice during tender stage
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience as a Senior Estimator in fit-out projects ,construction experience project will be advantage
- Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, and tender pricing
- Good understanding of construction methods, materials, and subcontract packages
- Experience in commercial review, value engineering, and bid analysis
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel and estimation-related tools
- Good communication, coordination, and leadership skills
Preferred:
- UAE market experience
- Experience in luxury fit-out and high-end construction projects
- Knowledge of contract terms and tender documentation
- Ability to manage multiple tenders under tight deadlines
