Estimator Jobs in Doha at TITANIUM FOUR TRADING AND CONTRACTING
Key Responsibilities:
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to prepare accurate cost estimates
- Perform quantity take-offs and prepare detailed BOQs
- Develop cost breakdowns
- Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure thorough and timely bid submissions
- Monitor market trends, labor rates, and material costs
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of experience as an estimator in the construction indusrty
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and codes
- Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HCSS, Bluebeam, or similar tools)
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines
