We are looking for highly motivated and aggressive Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be target-oriented, and possess the ability to handle high call volumes effectively.

Knowledge of the following Languages Preferred:
English (Mandatory)
Key Responsibilities:
Make a minimum of 80 connected calls per day to prospective clients.
Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to generate interest in our services.
Maintain and update records of interactions in CRM ( ZOHO preferred but not mandatory).
Follow up on leads promptly and ensure high conversion rates.
Provide accurate and relevant information to clients.
Work closely with the sales team to schedule meetings and close deals.
Handle objections professionally and ensure a high level of customer engagement.
Posting hourly and daily calling reports in relevant groups.
Report to Team lead and/or management regarding the leads.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
Fluency in English with excellent verbal communication skills.
Aggressive and target-driven with the ability to achieve daily call and conversion targets.
Experience with ZOHO CRM is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Working hours: Monday – Saturday, 11am to 8pm.
