Key Responsibilities:
Market Research & Supplier Management:
Identify and evaluate new prospects, suppliers, and subcontractors to expand the company’s network.
Conduct site visits to assess potential partnerships and ensure alignment with project requirements.
Technical & Contractual Analysis:
Analyze project specifications, technical documents, and contractual terms to ensure compliance and feasibility.
Define resource requirements and prepare detailed technical submissions for tenders.
Develop comprehensive project schedules and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
Liaise with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and monitor market trends.
Ensure the timely and accurate submission of bids, adhering to all deadlines and requirements.
Qualifications &
Experience:
Education:
Master’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Experience:
Minimum of 8 years of proven experience in a tendering department, with a strong track record in bid preparation, cost estimation, and contract management.
