At Pulse Medical Centre, we are dedicated to providing high-quality healthcare services across our clinics in Dubai. As we expand to a third branch, we are looking to bring on an experienced Accountant who will manage and oversee the financial operations for all our locations.

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to handle all financial transactions across our clinics. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying and managing revenue calculations, expenses, payroll, VAT filing, commissions, bonuses, and other financial duties. This role will oversee the financial health of all branches (currently two, with plans to expand to three), ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all accounting operations for multiple branches, ensuring accurate transaction records.
Manage daily and monthly financial transactions, including revenue, expenses, salaries, extra hours, commissions, and bonuses.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements, such as Profit & Loss (P&L) reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Ensure VAT filing is completed on time and assist in VAT refund processes.
Prepare payroll, verify extra hours, and ensure commissions and bonuses are processed accurately.
Perform bank and cash reconciliations, ensuring no discrepancies in branch accounts.
Liaise with auditors for quarterly or annual audits and ensure all required information is ready.
Maintain and update financial records in Xero.
Provide detailed financial insights and reports to senior management to inform business decisions.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and best practices in accounting and auditing.

Key Qualifications:

Proven experience in accounting, ideally within the healthcare or multi-branch business environment.
Strong expertise in Xero accounting software.
In-depth knowledge of VAT regulations and experience in VAT filing and refund processes.
Extensive experience managing payroll, commissions, bonuses, and employee benefits.
Ability to generate and analyze financial reports, identify trends, and offer actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage and verify multiple financial transactions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Additional Desired Skills:

Experience in managing accounting across multiple locations or branches.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work under pressure during peak periods (e.g., month-end closing).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
