Position: Estimation Manager – Interio Fit out & Joinery
Prepare RFQ summaries comprising the project scope, anticipated value, potential risk and mitigation strategy, submission requirements, and historical project details. Get approval from top management to proceed with pricing. Assign estimators for the purposes of pricing the projects, leading quantity, quality and scope verifications. Assign and lead estimators to implement best pricing strategies. Actively participate in the pricing process, lead and coach the estimators to produce and compile competitive offers.
Check and confirm the prices competitiveness and compliance to the tender requirements before submission. Attend negotiation meetings with the clients to discuss and finalize the award of tender.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduate with 15 to 20 years of experience in Estimation of joinery and furniture.
