Estimation Manager – FM Jobs in الدمام at The HC Hub
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Estimation Manager specialized in Facility Management (FM) to support high-profile projects across Saudi Arabia.
What You’ll Do:
- Review and analyze client RFPs, scope of work, technical specifications, safety, and quality requirements.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for FM contracts, including hard services, soft services, IFM, and O&M projects.
- Lead competitive bid submissions for government, corporate, and mega-project FM tenders.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to align estimates with execution strategies.
- Develop smart pricing strategies to increase win rates while ensuring profitability.
- Review BOQs, contracts, and subcontractor quotations for accuracy and competitiveness.
- Evaluate labor, material, equipment, and lifecycle costs against industry benchmarks in Saudi Arabia.
- Supervise and mentor a team of estimators while coordinating with operations, finance, and legal teams.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to clarify technical and commercial requirements.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (MEP, Civil, Industrial) or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience in FM/O&M estimation, with at least 7 years in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
- Proven success in bidding for major players in KSA
- Strong knowledge of the Saudi FM market, labor (Saudization), and market index.
- Familiarity with CAFM, BMS, CMMS, and digital FM technologies.
- Fluency in English, Arabic would be an advantage.

Pay: ﷼30,000.00 – ﷼40,000.00 per month
