Key Responsibilities:
Perform professional manicures, including nail trimming, shaping, and cuticle maintenance.
Apply regular and gel nail polish with precision and quality finishing.
Provide hand massages and treatments for nail and skin health.
Advise clients on nail care routines and suitable products.
Greet clients warmly and conduct consultations to understand their preferences.
Ensure customer satisfaction through high-quality services and attention to detail.
Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of all tools and equipment as per salon standards.
Follow all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with salon policies regarding health and sanitation.
Stay updated on the latest manicure trends, techniques, and industry standards.
Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to the salon’s dress code and etiquette.
Participate in training and development sessions as required.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Manicurist in a luxury salon or spa.
Certification in Nail Care, Beauty Therapy, or a related field is a plus.
Strong knowledge of manicure techniques, nail care, and hygiene standards.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients efficiently.
