Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction estimation (3+ years in a leadership role).
• Proficiency in estimation tools like Bluebeam, Procore, or similar.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
