Estimation Engineer or Estimator Jobs in Doha at Essex Lloyds Engineering Services W.L.L.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze drawings, specifications, and tender documents for MEP (with focus on electrical systems).
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material take-offs.
- Review project scope and identify risks, gaps, and value engineering opportunities.
- Source and evaluate supplier/subcontractor quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.
- Support bid submissions, budgeting, and cost control processes.
- Maintain estimation databases and cost benchmarks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in MEP estimation.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and materials.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
Pay: QAR3,000.00 – QAR7,000.00 per month
