WE ARE HIRING – MECHANICAL ESTIMATION ENGINEER
Schroeder ElectroMechanic LLC is looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimation Engineer to join our team in the UAE.
Requirements:
- 5–6 years of relevant UAE experience
- Strong experience in Mechanical Estimation
- Proven Tendering & Tender Evaluation experience
- Experience in reviewing tender drawings, BOQs and specifications
- Ability to perform quantity take-offs and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Experience obtaining and evaluating supplier/subcontractor quotations
- Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, piping and mechanical building services
- Ability to prepare competitive commercial bids within project budgets
- Immediate joiner preferred
- Candidates with a maximum 1-month notice period will also be considered
