WE ARE HIRING – Estimation cum salesman

Location: Ajman, UAE
Open Positions:
- Estimation cum salesman.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience (preferably in stainless steel fabrication, metal works, construction, or related industries).
- Prepare detailed, professional estimation sheets and client-facing quotations.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Track market trends, competitor pricing, and incoming major projects in the region.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage)
Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities.
- Generate competitive quotations and tenders for custom metal fabrication projects and client inquiries.
- Follow up with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Review project drawings, architectural plans, and specifications to prepare accurate material take-offs and cost estimations.
- Conduct site visits and attend client meetings across the region.
