We are seeking a highly experienced Estimation Manager to join our team in Dubai, with a strong background in infrastructure and Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates and supporting tender submissions for major infrastructure works.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for infrastructure projects (roads, bridges, utilities, drainage, etc.)
- Analyze tender documents, drawings, and specifications (RTA standards)
- Conduct quantity take-offs and cost analysis
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and planning teams
- Identify risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving measures
- Prepare tender submissions, including technical and commercial proposals
- Ensure compliance with RTA regulations and UAE authority requirements
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- 15 years of experience with a main contractor in UAE infrastructure projects
- Proven experience working on RTA projects in Dubai (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of cost estimation, BOQ preparation, and tendering processes
- Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Familiarity with UAE standards, specifications, and authority approvals
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

- Experience in large-scale road and infrastructure developments
