Position: Esthetician Skin Care Expert and Massage Therapist Gaara Spa The Pearl
Preferred education in Nursing Degree Diploma after High School.
Minimum continuous 2 years experience without gap.
Required certification / license; valid Nursing license from the country of origin.
Proven experience as a Registered General Nurse.
If a license is not available, both Prometric and dataflow processes must be completed.
Excellent knowledge of emergency response and first aid (CPR).
Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards.
Respectful and compassionate.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ethics.
Physical endurance.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist in the process which ensures that patient care is delivered in accordance with established policies and procedures and nursing standards.
Provides education to staff based on theoretical and clinical expertise.
This position will be accountable to ensure clinical resource and continuity of patient care during her/his duty hours.
Provides direct patient care and serves as clinical resources.
Maintains and demonstrates clinical competence in all aspects of care provided.
Acts as a clinical resource in assessing complex patient care needs and in determining appropriate interventions, recommending alternative approaches.
Utilizes critical thinking when making clinical judgments, managing conflicts, and solving patient care issues.
Assesses and reassesses patient needs and response to care, treatment, and education.
Provides care according to the plan of care.
Anticipates, recognizes, and manages emergent and unsafe situations/practices and initiates appropriate interventions.
Demonstrates knowledge of legal aspects of patient care and nursing practice.
Actively communicates the care of the patient through communication and written documentation to all disciplines involved in patient care.
Complies with company policies/procedures and standards.
Enhances own professional growth by meeting mandatory educational requirements.
Adapts positively to company changes in practice and delivery of patient care.
Maintains and promotes customer satisfaction through effective customer service.
Maintains confidentiality in relation to patient, employee, and company information.

Patient, employee, visitor, relatives, and other staff.
Ensures that patients/family/significant others are provided with adequate and appropriate information and reassurance prior to any medical and nursing intervention.

Administers medications and therapies in a safe, timely, and effective manner.
Adheres to prescribed therapy, seeking clarification of orders that are incomplete, questionable, or ambiguous.

Documents patient care provided in accordance with nursing standards.
Data is legibly and correctly documented and signed on all documents.
Determines nursing interventions that will meet the developmental needs of the specific age group.
Identifies patient education needs at admission and during hospitalization.
Promotes the development of clinical skills of the nurse orienteer and nurse trainee.
Adheres to infection control and environmental care standards and practices.
Attends to emergency/crisis situations effectively.
