Job Description

Universal Chiller Solutions is seeking an experienced Estate Manager / Property Manager to oversee our property operations in Doha. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the integrity of our properties to ensure optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair activities, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement property management policies and procedures.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and relationships to enhance tenant satisfaction.
  • Prepare budgets and financial reports, managing property expenses effectively.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in property management or real estate management.
  • Strong understanding of property management principles and local regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Salary and Benefits

  • Hourly wage: 55 -* 110 QAR* (commensurate with experience).
